为了推动南京信息工程大学气候模式系统的发展，加强国内外科学家的合作，广泛吸收国内外模式开发经验，兹定于2014年4月26-27日在南京举办“南京信息工程大学地球系统模式2014年学术研讨会”和“地球系统模拟中心2014年学术委员会会议”。
本次会议预计有15个特邀报告,涉及地球系统模式的前沿科学问题。报告内容将涵盖地球大气的物理化学过程、海洋、陆面、海冰、模式动力框架及并行计算、资料同化、气候预测和预估以及应用于社会经济领域的数值模拟。热烈欢迎对气候模拟、预测和未来情景预估及应用有兴趣的专家学者前来参会。
